PAT TESTING

Portable Appliance Testing – or PAT testing – is a method of ensuring your electrical appliances are safe through a combination of electronic tests and visual inspections.

The Electricity at Work Regulations of 1989 require all electrical systems are maintained (where practicable) to prevent danger. PAT testing is the best way to ensure your conformity with these regulations, and one of the main services offered here at Integrated Fire and Security Solutions.

Once a visual inspection has been completed, our engineer will undertake a test using the latest PAT testing equipment to ensure the safe operation of said electrical appliances.

On completion of the test, all appliances will be marked with a clearly visible PAT testing sticker, ensuring both the compliance with regulations and giving your employees peace of mind that their equipment is safe.
